• Performance management of Bar Staff
• Setting objectives, targets for beverage staff
• Conducting inventory counts, ordering, cost control
• Liasing with suppliers and sales reps
• Budget controls
• Organizing promotional activities
• Ensuring quality and service standards are met
• Cleanliness and hygiene monitoring
• Staff scheduling
• Recruitment of staff
• Development and training of staff
