Short position description:
Title: Chef De Cuisine
Reports To: Executive Chef, Culinary Onboard Operations.
Responsible for directing and supervising the preparation of and service for all food served in the Asian themed specialty Restaurant. This is in accordance with the established company’s menus and recipes.
Permanent Full-Time position
