We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, knowledgeable and enthusiastic Assistant Brewer. Our client is a very successful, modern trend-setting Brewery, with a cutting edge, innovative Product. This Brewery has been taking the Canadian Market by storm and is the top growing specialty Beer Brewery in British Columbia.  
Short Position Description:
The position of Assistant Brewer reports to the Brewmaster and is responsible for all related brewing procedures. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to join a trend setting brew team within a fast-growing Brewery, offering an opportunity for personal and professional development. You must be a self-starter with great energy, true passion for craft beer and a focus on taste, quality and operational excellence.  
Qualification Requirements:  
Brewing experience: minimum 1- 2 years in a production brewery Strong knowledge of beer brewing procedures Possess a mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent organizational skills with ability to work independently, multitask and manage time while being detail oriented
